I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Fukuoka. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short 2-3 minute walk from Hakata Train Station. The hotel not only offered easy access to transportation but also to the city center and Canal City. The cleanliness of the interior was impeccable, and it was evident that the staff took great care of the place. My room was unexpectedly spacious and in great shape, with a recently renovated bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including both Japanese and international dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Room a little cramped and used up

The breakfast buffet was very extensive and very tasty! I have already enjoyed other hotels in Fukuoka and the ANA Crowne Plaza was really great. A colleague also stayed there and told enthusiastically about the fitness facilities that were available.

The hotel's location is good with a convenience store nearby, and it being close to the train station. Rooms are complete with facilities but it's unfortunate that they are smaller and older compared to other hotels. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the swimming pool requires an additional fee, which is not advertised properly. The complimentary breakfast spread is nice, but there's really nothing else to complement it.

The hotel's air conditioning system is quite poor, particularly when it comes to regulating temperature and filtering smoke.

had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went out of their way to accommodate my allergies and the chef even prepared a special breakfast for me. The location was great, close to Hakata station and lots of food and shopping options. Loved the lounge and the extra touches in the lobby.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the Club Lounge, which was a nice perk of being a member.

We were disappointed that despite requesting a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking room as they claimed to have run out of non-smoking rooms. The room and bathroom were also quite small, making it difficult for us to unpack and move around comfortably.
